Tudor Christmas at Avebury Manor

After New Year's I visited the prehistoric stone circles at Avebury and Avebury Manor.
Avebury Manor was originally built in the 12th century and today it's run by the National Trust.
Inside, nine rooms are open to the public, each of the decorated to match different historic periods.
The Tudor Dining Room was recreating the atmosphere around a Tudor Christmas, set in a simple space with wall tapestries, hand crafted oak furniture and rush mat flooring.
